Suggested enhancement:

SOQL Studio shows a cascading side-bar menu of objects; clicking the Right-facing arrow reveals all the underlying fields.

Upon selecting a top-level object (for example, contact), show a filter window; as the user types, filter the remaining fields by name.

"Crea " in the filter would show all fields starting with "Crea" like createdByID, CreatedDate, etc.

SOQL Studio 2021.2, released yesterday, implemented Organization filtering. Details on this new functionality can be found in the release announcement post in the Announcements forum and on our blog.
