 authorization succeeded but no refresh token was returned

Hi 

I'm trying to connect to a sandbox, and I've connected ok (the org requires authorisation app) but I get a dialog as per the post title. Thereafter I can't connect to the org (the organisations list shows the org with a icon with the server and a small red circle with a line, indicating a problem) and the messages area shows Code: Err-0016 with Description: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.

Have I done something wrong?

Hi Michael,

This error means that Salesforce failed to return all required information, specifically the refresh token, in the initial authorization of the org. I verified that the authorization process is working correctly using the current version of the app (2022.2.301).  Try deleting the org using the Manage Organizations tool and then recreating it.
