Is there a way to increase the font size of the text in the editor? Thank you

Yes, you can increase or decrease the font size of the text in the Editor tab using the zoom control in the editor's status bar. This feature is discussed in the included help file within the Editor Tab topic (User Interface\SOQL Editor\Editor Tab)

I apologize. I meant to ask about increasing font size in Results part of the Editor window.

Unfortunately, no, because the grid control we use doesn't support it. It's on our enhancement list, though, for when we migrate to a new grid control.
